Lake Tinaroo Accommodation
Designed by Chris Van Dyke and built by Master builder Ivan Whittle, The Edge offers luxurious Lake Tinaroo accommodation for private or corporate retreats of up to 20 guests.
It’s design maximises the views and lifestyle whilst providing privacy and retreat. The open-plan living area, which includes a modern kitchen, lounge and dining, opens out to an expansive timber deck. All provide sweeping views of stunning Lake Tinaroo.
The Edge has a main house, complete with living area, deck and one King and one Twin bedroom, as well as three separate King Spa Suites and two bunkhouses. Features of each are as follows:
Main House
This is The Edge’s command centre. Featuring an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, the main house is luxuriously appointed with all the comforts of home. Expansive floor to ceiling glass doors provide stunning views of Lake Tinaroo and access to the covered timber deck, which invites you to sit back, relax and rejuvenate on one of the comfortable lounges. With its thoughtful design, tasteful decor and creature comforts, you won’t ever want to leave The Edge’s main house.
You are guaranteed your privacy as the other rooms and suites are only able to be booked in conjunction with the Main House.
Features include:
- Open plan: kitchen, dining and living areas
- Two bedrooms: One with King bed and one Twin beds.
- Kitchen: stainless steel appliances; microwave; stove/oven; dishwasher; fridge/freezer; juicer; coffee machine; cutlery and crockery for 20 guests; glasses for red and white wine, cocktails and champagne
- Dining: the interior dining seats 10 with additional seating on the lounge and exterior deck
- Lounge: comfortable lounges; 65″ LCD flat screen; DVD; FOX TV, Stereo;
- Exterior Deck: outdoor dining table; three lounges; coffee table; bar fridge; Ziegler & Brown BBQ
- Bathroom: Spa, shower and separate toilet
- Laundry: washing machine and dryer
- Other: wireless broadband access; internal fireplace; ceiling fans; private driveway; top car park; undercover parking; boat parking
Private Suites
The Edge has three private suites: the perfect place to escape for some solitude. Well appointed with luxurious fixtures and fittings, each of the units has their own private lakeview deck with seating. Inside you are pampered with your own, indulgent spa and king-sized bed, which offer amazing views over the calm, lake waters of Lake Tinaroo. The units are situated on the ends of the main house and are connected via a covered pathway running the entire length of The Edge.
These suites can only be booked in conjunction with and for the same dates as the Main House.
Features include:
- Attached to the main house, access via covered rear pathway
- King Bed
- Bathroom: shower, spa and toilet
- Amenities: fridge and tea & coffee making facilities.
- Other: private lakeview decks with seating; fans.
Bunkhouses
The Edge even has bunkhouses! ~ This is the perfect playroom and bedroom for the children, or chill out and crash room for weary adults..
Bunkhouse One has a Double bed with overhead bunk sleeping up to three people.
Bunkhouse Two has 2 Double beds with overhead bunks and a separate single bed - sleeping up to 7 people.
The bunkhouses have their own entry point and share bathroom amenities and can only be booked in conjunction with the Main House.
These rooms can only be booked in conjunction with and for the same dates as the Main House.

- Both bunkhouses share bathroom facilities of - toilet, shower and hand basin.

By making a booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for reservations. Please read before making a reservation.
*The Edge has a minimum two night stay requirement except during peak holiday seasons when the minimum stay/room requirement may be increased.
All bookings must include the Mainhouse and all rooms booked as part of your stay must be reserved for the full duration, as we are unable to facilitate separate check-in and check-out arrangements.
*During the peak holiday periods of Christmas, New Year and Easter, bookings are required for the Whole House for a minimum stay of five nights.
